Mr. Werner has wide-ranging litigation experience. His experience includes representing clients in securities litigation and regulatory matters, environmental and toxic tort, non-competition, products liability, class actions, bankruptcy, intellectual property litigation, and general commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Werner has also counseled clients with respect to government agency investigations, and assisted clients in designing and conducting internal investigations.

Mr. Werner is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the Western District of Wisconsin.

Mr. Werner graduated from The George Washington University Law School, J.D. 2002, where he served as managing editor of The George Washington University International Law Review. He received his B.A. from Indiana University in 1997.
