Jason R. Bent

Jason Bent's practice includes commercial and employment litigation in federal and state courts. His experience has included seeking and defending temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions. He also has experience in civil appeals at both the federal and state level.

Mr. Bent's employment litigation experience includes defending an employer against a novel class action brought by the United States EEOC alleging a "pattern or practice" of sexual harassment in the workplace.
